If you are encountering the error message "GSTIN already been used on (email@domain.com) account" while adding GST information on the GST profile page, it means that the provided GSTIN is already in use by another account on our website's GST Tool. This GSTIN may have been used by you with a different email ID or by your CA or tax return filer.

How to Fix This Error

1. Used by You:

If the same GSTIN is already used by you on another account, you cannot use it again on a different free trial account. However, you can transfer the GSTIN from one account to another by contacting our support team. Note that the receiving account should not be in a free trial period.

Important: If you wish to transfer your GSTIN to a free trial account, please be aware that the trial period for that account will end upon the transfer.

2. Used by Another Person:

If your GSTIN is being used by another person, such as a tax professional or your GST filer, you can still use it for a free trial. Contact our support team, and they will verify that you are not the same person who initially registered the GSTIN. Once verified, our team will transfer the GSTIN to your free trial account.
